Manufacturing Engineer – Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will support metal fabrication and mechanical assembly operations by developing detailed work instructions, designing tooling, fixtures, and gages, and resolving production issues on the shop floor. You will also assist with process development, support program launches, and provide guidance on Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in metal fabrication or industrial assembly, including machining, sheet metal forming, and mechanical assembly.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD (PTC Creo ) and familiarity with ASME Y14-series standards (GD&T).

• Strong technical writing, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.

• U.S. with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
