Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to support efficient, high-quality production. This role involves analyzing products and production methods to improve both new and existing operations. Working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment, the Manufacturing Engineer applies technical expertise to drive continuous improvements that reduce cycle times, enhance product quality, and deliver measurable cost savings.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust manufacturing processes to ensure product stability, establish production standards, and support ongoing process improvements.
- Optimize and innovate manufacturing methods, equipment operations, and overall production performance to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and other departments to troubleshoot issues and resolve production challenges.
- Research, recommend, and integrate new technologies and systems to upgrade manufacturing capabilities and drive innovation.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes in response to customer deadlines, ensuring feasibility and alignment with production capabilities.
- Design and develop end-to-end manufacturing solutions including processes, tooling and fixtures, CNC programs, and detailed work instructions.

Requirements:
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
- Prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role is strongly .
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software, including SolidWorks, Mastercam, and PartMaker.
- Knowledge of CNC manufacturing equipment and quality assurance methodologies.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP systems.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Environment & Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and communicate effectively (talk/hear).
- May involve prolonged periods of both sitting and standing depending on task requirements.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus; prolonged magnified inspection may be required, which can lead to eye strain.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination and dexterity in hands, arms, and fingers, including the ability to grasp and manipulate small components.
- Frequent use of computers and other standard office or manufacturing equipment.
- May involve handling of oils, solvents, and cleaning solutions—lab coats provided to minimize exposure.
- Typically performed in a clean environment; employees are expected to help maintain cleanliness standards.
- Safety glasses are required at all times; additional safety training may be required depending on the area.
- The work is performed in a manufacturing setting where noise levels are generally loud.
- May rotate between different workstations or shift tasks during the production process based on operational needs.
