As a Manufacturing Engineer in our Justin, TX facility, you'll be at the center of shaping how we operate, making critical calls on equipment, processes, and improvements. What You'll Do

• \nDrive Improvements: Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean principles-boosting productivity, reducing waste, and upholding world-class safety and quality.

\n

• \nEvaluate & Implement Equipment: Partner with teams to identify equipment needs, oversee installations, and make sure everything runs smoothly from commissioning to testing.

\n

• \nSolve Problems at Scale: Tackle unique challenges in plant layout, process design, and construction-bringing creative, practical solutions to life.

\n

• \nKeep Things Running: Support troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to keep machinery and systems performing at their best.

\n

• \nCollaborate Across Levels: Work closely with operations, planning, engineering, and leadership to align processes and communication.

\n

• \nChampion Lean Culture: Ensure lean manufacturing standards and best practices are embedded across the facility.

\n

• \nSupport the Business: Provide technical product support and documentation for projects, engineered products, and customer solutions.

\n

What You Bring

\n
• B.S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

\n

• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

\n

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other modeling software.

\n

• Strong foundation in process improvement, metrics, and problem-solving.

\n

• Hands-on familiarity with industrial machinery, equipment, and ideally steel fabrication (welding, CNC, machining).

\n

• Excellent communication skills-you can connect with operators on the floor as well as executives in the office.

\n

• A self-starter mindset: detail-oriented, analytical, and able to make things happen with minimal oversight.

\n

• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).

\n
