Manufacturing Engineer

job description Maintain and troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.Improve production efficiency by planning and analyze process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements and equipment layout.Handles and follow up on product ECN/DNHandles product from other site to Malaysia in the areas of detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing and preparation of bill of materials and etc.Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/ManagementTrain and supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve target.Ensure all production activities and process comply with ISO standards and mandatory regulations.Maintain good housekeeping, safety and hygiene practices.To ensure sufficient stock of spare parts for smooth operation and continuous running to meet customer delivery.Responsible for capacity, productivity and quality control of any products from the production line.Evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials, conferring with the requirements from vendors.Plan manpower efficiently to achieve labor efficiency and productivity.Requirements:Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Candidate with equipment technical background will be an added advantageGood written and spoken in bilingual language.Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Benefits:5 days work week Health and Dental insuranceTransportation AllowanceGym MembershipFlexible working hoursOpticalCompany BackgroundThe client is a world leader in interconnect solutions for communications, mobile, RF, optics and commercial electronics markets.
