Manufacturing Engineer

Create and maintain project documents for manufacturing, eg: Manufacturing Strategy, Validation, P-FMEA…制定及维护生产相关的项目文件。如：生产策略，生产确认，过程的风险分析等。Make the assembly Strategy and set up work time.制定组装策略，建立标准作业工时。Create work instruction and provide technical training to operators.创建产品装配作业指导书, 培训操作员工。Design or qualify the tools/fixture, and make sure they are in successful delivery.设计或验证工装调试治具，确保顺利交付。Provide the idea of production layout from technical and lean side, and do the workstation qualification before mass production.从技术及精益角度提供生产布局思路。量产前验证生产工位布局。Support RD to build prototype and provide production related experience.协助研发工程师进行样机组装，提供生产相关的经验。Execute Production Validations.实施生产确认。Implement the product changes to improve productivity. Provide for the engineering change.推进或实施产品变更以提高生产效率。提供工程变更的技术确认。Supporting production, failure analysis of products that from line and field. Participate in working out corrective actions and preventive actions.提供生产线及客户端不良产品的分析支持。参与制定纠正措施和预防措施。Maintain production BOM accuracy and master data of semi-finished goods/finish goods in SAP.在SAP中维护生产物料清单的准确性，并维护半成品及成品件的主数据。Continuous improve assembly process, fixture and equipment with lean methods.采用精益工具进行装配工艺及治具和设备的优化。Identify environmental factors and develop and implement environmental improvement projects at work.
