If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success – join us today!UCT is looking for a talentedManufacturing Engineerto join us inCebu!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Requires a broad knowledge of Manufacturing Practices, Assembly Prints, Bill ofMaterials to be able to create Manufacturing ready documentation such as S.O.E.’s(Sequence of Events) and Assembly Process Workflow.Provides technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates the Manufacturing Engineer portion of thesystem build.Prepares and/or modifies work instructions, BOM structures, and training curriculum.Ensures proper interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.Requires contact with Customers, vendor representatives. Attends and participates inCustomer meetings.Confers with engineers, technicians, customers, and others to discuss best practices inan effort to streamline build processes and procedures.Inspects completed systems, partners with Manufacturing and Quality organizations toensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance withoperational and safety standards.Supports project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and withinbudget.Investigates customer or internal issues determines the nature and extent of theproblem, and recommends corrective actions.Assists in cost estimations and development of capital project programs for newequipment and major repairs.Evaluates and process Engineering Change Orders.Performs other duties as required.Attendance is an essential duty of this position Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensivelisting of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for thisjob. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with semiconductor capital equipment.Knowledge of electronic Work Instruction software is a plus (i.e. Sequence).ERP System Software.Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite, emphasis in Excel.Prior experience leading small teams to achieve project success.Good interpersonal skills; ability to work alone or in a team environment.
