This position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

About the Role

As Program Manager, you'll be the CEO of your programs, serving as the primary point of contact between our customers and internal teams. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management in a dynamic contract electronics manufacturing environment. You'll build meaningful customer relationships while balancing customer requests with Vexos' profitability goals. The position offers a unique opportunity to manage your book of business, interact with every aspect of our internal teams, and bring products to life while meeting tight deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted business partner
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from RFQ to project completion
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, action items, and milestones
• Monitor profitability of each product line and recommend material strategies
• Present reports, recommendations, and concerns to the Director of Program Management & General Manager
• Lead customer communication, including the ability to diplomatically deliver challenging news
• Forecast, plan, and build strategies to meet revenue goals
• Seek opportunities to upsell services by understanding customer needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in project management or strategic account management
• Experience in similar industry
• Strong project management skills with ability to create GANT charts and track milestones
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Intermediate skills with Excel & PowerPoint (pivot tables, VLookups, etc.)
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
• Business acumen with understanding of cost impacts and profitability
