Accent Staffing is hiring for two hands-on roles supporting valve systems in Tulsa and the surrounding region. The Manual Machinist will operate mills and lathes to produce precision components, while the Valve Field Technician will travel to customer sites for maintenance, welding, and repair work. Both roles require mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work in dynamic environments. Position Breakdown & Requirements:

⚙️ Manual Machinist – Valve Systems

• Operate manual mills and lathes; turn threads and repair valves

• Read blueprints, schematics, calipers, and micrometers (training provided)

• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (5 years)

• Will train on valve teardown and rebuild

Valve Field Technician

• Perform valve maintenance, machining, welding, and troubleshooting

• Travel 1–4 weeks at a time on rotational schedule

• Must be flexible with last-minute travel (2–3 days notice)

• Work in extreme heat/cold and at heights (up to 125’)

• Read tape measure; work with urgency and adaptability

• Valid driver’s license (will consider if obtaining soon)

• Weekend availability required

• Strong family support system encouraged due to travel demands

• Safety-first attitude and teamwork essential
