Job description

Program Manager/Business Unit: Coil/Power

The position reports directly to the VP of Operation and will have direct responsibility for profit/loss of the business unit. This position will serve as direct liaison with major customers and engineers and is responsible for managing all facets and communication, including but not limited to manufacturing, production scheduling, quality, on-time delivery, and development of shop technicians for the Business Unit. This position continually interacts with, plans, assigns work, monitors adherence to policies, procedures, and specifications with all stakeholders, coaches and mentors' team, and recommends improvements in production processes and working conditions.

Must have 5 + years’ experience as a manufacturing manager preferably motors/coil/magnetic operation. The candidate must be self-motivated with an energetic, results-oriented perspective and be able to motivate your teams to sustain excellence.

· Able to work collaboratively within a team environment, specifically with engineering and scheduling.

· Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills is essential.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering .
• Or an Associate degree and 7+ years’ comparable experience in plant level operations experience in a job shop-manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electric coil/motor/generator manufacturing
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications and have experience developing quotations experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge to effectively navigate an ERP system is a plus.

Job details: Pay--$85,000 - $95,000 per year Job type: Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift
