Solid banking experience in Project Finance sector and can bring in new local contacts.\nYour New Salary: £85-135k depending on seniority (candidates from middle to senior level are being considered)\nJob status: Permanent. Hybrid working, with 1 day WFH\nLocation: London\nReport to: Head of Corporate Banking\nProject Finance Manager - Summary:\n * The role's primary responsibility is to lead/head up Project Finance deals\n * The position will look to grow a project finance book sourcing transactions from the primary and secondary market.\nProject Finance Manager - What You'll be Doing:\nStrategic Leadership\n * To develop and implement the branches project finance strategy aligned with the branch goals\n * To provide guidance on project feasibility, funding structure and investment opportunities\nFinancing and Investment Oversight\n * To lead structuring, negotiation and execution of complex project financing deals\n * To oversee preparations (outsourced) of financial models, forecasts and support financing decisions.\nTeam Development\n * To build and maintain relationships with other financial institutions and funding partners.\n * To foster an environment if knowledge sharing with the wider Corporate Banking Department\nFinancial Planning and Analysis\n * To identify, assess and mitigate financial risks\n * To ensure compliance with branch policies and procedures and regulatory requirements\nRisk Management and Compliance\n * Develop branch Project Finance policies and procedures\n * Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to assess their impact on project finance strategies.\nStakeholder Engagement\n * Act as the main representative for Project Finance for the branch.\n * To deliver high level presentations internally and externally.\nProject Finance Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:\n * Fluent Mandarin and English;\n * Solid UK experience in Project Finance sector;\n * Able to bring in new local business / contacts;\n * Good experience in Financial Planning and Analysis\n * Experience in Strategic Leadership, Financing and Investment Oversight\nPlease view all our Team China jobs at people-first-recruitment\nPlease follow us on Linkedin: people-first-team-china\nWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
