Your Role\n

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee commercial project management across multiple water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Working under an Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) Burgundy Book contract, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance while helping to deliver projects that maintain and improve vital public services.

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Manage cost control, prepare budgets, and produce monthly cost value reconciliations and forecasts.

\n

• Oversee contract administration and implement obligations under the IChemE Burgundy Book.

\n

• Lead procurement processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.

\n

• Manage payments to subcontractors and monthly applications to the client.

\n

• Mentor and support a commercial team across multiple projects.

\n

What We’re Looking For\n

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, or a related field.

\n

• You have excellent numeracy and financial management skills.

\n

• You possess demonstrable experience with standard forms of contracts and cost control processes.

\n

• You have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

\n

• You have experience coordinating and managing a team.

\n
