Who You Are
- A confident and consultative professional with a master’s degree in business research, organizational behavior, psychology, or related field
- A relationship-builder who thrives in conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers, using your influence to guide clients through best practices of survey design and deployment
- A strategic thinker with deep knowledge of survey methodology and best practices, including question design, question order, rating scales, and implementation
- Experienced – bringing at least 3 years of experience managing a team of survey designers or similar roles. Bonus points if you’ve led within an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
- A team builder with a track record of developing high-performing teams through regular coaching, training, and accountability
- Able to work with a high degree of independence while motivating and coaching others to do the same
- An analytical thinker with demonstrated experience in survey platforms, CRM tools, and Excel
- Obsessed with quality—errors and inconsistencies don’t stand a chance under your watch
- A process improvement champion who sets high standards and ensures consistent and reliable outcomes

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the survey design and deployment team, setting expectations and holding team members accountable for performance
- Plan, organize, and assign survey-related projects, balancing workloads and ensuring timely delivery
- Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Define and track team KPIs, goals, and performance benchmarks using data to inform decision-making
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of survey projects—from design, question selection, data cleaning and deployment, all the way through to data validation
- Develop and maintain survey standards and best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with client goals and expectations
- Be the expert on our team utilizing human psychology to write survey questions, advise on survey deployment tactics, and lead client projects to success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Project Managers, and Analysts to deliver tailored solutions to meet each client’s unique objectives
- Provide consultation to C-suite level leaders and their teams via Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx or other web meeting platforms with professionalism, poise, and polish, guiding them through all aspects of survey design, including question structure, logic, rating scales, sequencing, and benchmarking
- Create and maintain industry benchmarks and contribute to thought leadership through white papers, industry reports, comparative studies, and presentations
- Lead and enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all survey design and deployment activities
- Monitor data quality and sampling protocols to ensure reliability and actionable insights
- Oversee phone interviewer training and scripting, ensuring alignment with survey and quality standards
- Act as a hands-on resource during peak volume periods to support team execution when needed

Required skills and qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in business research, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years managing a team of survey designers or similar; bonus points if you’ve led a team using the EOS toolkit
- SME-level proficiency in survey design and working with survey and CRM tools; bonus points if you are proficient in Salesforce, Key Survey, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to validate complex formulas and contact list data
- Analytical thinker capable of engaging with all levels of an organization, being particularly adept at the C-level
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives
- A proactive approach to resolving issues, policy adherence, and driving organization initiatives

Our work-from-home policy requires the following: You must work from your primary residence located within 35 miles of our Scottsdale office so you can easily attend teambuilding events that occur throughout the year. You must have reliable internet service at your home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our Scottsdale office)
Starting Pay: $110k-$130k per year / depending on experience
