World Kinect is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing activities across multiple indirect categories e.g. HR, Payroll, Travel, etc. This role is instrumental in driving supplier performance, cost optimization, and service excellence, while ensuring alignment with our global procurement standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, partnering with stakeholders to meet business needs and deliver cost savings.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes using RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to identify and select optimal suppliers.
  • Drive data-informed negotiation strategies and lead cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier risks and support strategic decisions.
  • Manage contract lifecycles-including renewals, amendments, and terminations-ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to define requirements, negotiate terms, and establish KPIs for performance tracking.
  • Conduct market intelligence and supplier benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration, improve performance, and support business goals.
  • Perform spend analysis and develop cost models to identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
  • Partner with IT, Legal, and Information Security on contract evaluation, redlining, and negotiation.
  • Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process using Oracle Fusion, including resolving invoice issues.
  • Maintain procurement trackers and shared mailboxes, responding to internal/external inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with SOX compliance and provide documentation for internal/external audits.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using automation and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and strong retention.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 8+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with a strong track record in sourcing and cost savings.
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-site procurement programs.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and contract negotiation.
  • International procurement experience .
  • Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
