Manager - Data, Analytics and AI

VAM Systems is currently looking for Manager - Data Analytics and AI for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Requirements (Knowledge Skills & Attributes)

Essential:

• A strong background in SAP Analytics with Finance and Sales background preferably 10 years.
• Experience of 8 years of different Business Intelligence Projects including SAP SAC and other Analytic tool.
• PowerBI experience with knowledge in Microsoft Fabric
• Experience in implementing AI specific solutions
• Comfort using your businesss ERP and project management software.
• 5 years of experience managing midsize teams.
• Capacity to comfortably advising senior-level management.
• Able to provide a level of strategic system advice.
• Able to integrate with different and complex SAP modules.
• Experience in complex Projects Data management with multiple integrations.
• Able to create and advise on project objectives.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Experienced in leading facilitating and contributing to project workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication collaboration and delegation skills.

Qualifications:

Desirable:

• A bachelors degree or masters degree in a IT or relevant field.
• SAP SAC certification.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Data Analytics and AI standardization across organization.
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Build develop and maintain data models reporting systems data automation systems dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
• Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
• Train develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
• Manage and optimize processes for data intake validation mining and engineering as well as modeling visualization and communication deliverables.
• Examine interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership technology sales marketing and product teams.
• Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted prioritization approval etc.
• Develop and deploy quality AI solutions (Gen AI Built in AI AgenticAI) to meet organizational requirements.
• Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people technology budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
• Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage PowerBI solutions using Microsoft fabric enterprise platform.
