Results-driven MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Construction Manager with 10 years of experience delivering complex building systems projects from design through construction, including over 5 years in leadership roles. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and is based in the Houston area, with a proven ability to manage projects valued at approximately $30M.

Consistently delivers large-scale commercial and industrial projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining strict compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating subcontractors, and partnering with architects, engineers, and clients to drive successful project outcomes.

Skilled in project planning, cost control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance, with a focus on optimizing system performance and energy efficiency.
