Manager/Assistant Manager - Corporate Affairs and Sustainability

Degree from a recognized University, preferably with a mass communications/sustainable development background or equivalent.At least 5 years of relevant experience.A passion for sustainability.Familiar with local or international sustainability frameworks and standards including the preparation of Sustainability Report aligned with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and International Integrated Reporting framework.Good in analytical thinking skills and attention to details.Effective team work and time management skills to meet project datelines. Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Possess a keen sense of urgency and commitment to excellence, accountability and teamwork.Support the preparing of Sustainability Report including materiality assessment, stakeholder’s engagement, data collection and management and report drafting.Support the planning and development of effective Sustainability awareness strategies and materials for internal stakeholders.Facilitate and support sustainability engagement and advocacy initiatives such as CSR events, training, social media content, website and other channels to engage our key stakeholders.Support the development and publication of the company’s integrated annual report.Having experience in IR framework is essential, knowledge in sustainability frameworks ie FTSE4Good/TCFD and setting of science-based targets and metrics to measure progress against targets is an advantage.Ensure development of an effective and consistent image and marketing/message strategyManage for the creation and dissemination of all official corporate communications to press, investors/industry analysts and financial communities.Develop all written materials including, background materials, question-and-answer document and press releases.Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects as required by manager.
