Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee- Manufacturing Project Analyst, Germany.
The role involves the full design cycle—from concept development to detailed 3D CAD modelling, documentation, and peer reviews—using tools like Autodesk Inventor and PTC Windchill. You will work closely with systems engineering and cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills in both German and English. The ideal candidate brings several years of design experience in mechanical or special-purpose machinery and works independently with a high degree of technical accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Mechanical designing of assemblies and individual parts for 3D printing machines
• Support in series maintenance (change management)
• Participation in new and further development projects
• Proactive clarification of requirements within the design team and with systems engineering
• Processing design tasks through various development phases, from conception to detailed design
• Conducting simple analyses and calculations. Identifying additional analysis and calculation requirements (e.g., FEM analyses)
• Research and selection of purchased parts
• Creation of complete design documentation of CAD models, drawings, parts lists, specifications
• Presentation of own concepts and detailed designs in design reviews
• Mutual review of CAD models and drawings in a peer review process
• Supporting purchasing, production, service, and quality Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum
Qualifications
• Degree or technical training in mechanical engineering or in a comparable field
• Experience in designing, preferably in general mechanical engineering, special or machine tool engineering
• Advanced experience in the application of a 3D CAD system, preferably Autodesk Inventor
• Experience in the application of a PLM system, preferably PTC Windchill
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient in German and English
• Ability to orient oneself and work independently in a complex, dynamic environment

Education-Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent
