Position Title : Management Analyst

Duration : Longterm

Location : Remote

Note:

U.S. citizenship is contractually required for this position.

Position Summary :

Act as the requirements and process lead, ensuring every enhancement is captured, prioritized, and tracked through OneSDLC life-cycle gates.

Core Duties:

Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; document functional & non-functional requirements.

Maintain product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.

Produce weekly AIR (Action/Issue/Risk) logs and support Integrated Product Team meetings.

Assist PM with performance metrics, QASP inputs, and contract deliverable quality checks.

Required Qualifications

3 + years' experience gathering and managing requirements for IT data-pipeline or data-warehouse programs; must include ≥ 2 projects of similar size.

Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, BPMN or UML, and SQL for data validation.

Familiarity with federal acquisition lifecycle and documentation standards.

Ability to pass MBI and complete IRS privacy/security training promptly.

Desired

CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.

Working understanding of Treasury directives and Publication 4812.
