The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of technical professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional managed services to clients.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of managed services with other business units.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide timely resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT operations, preferably in a managed services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for service management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Apple knowledge also a plus.
