We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sherwood, OR. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our CNC machines, including both lathe and machining centers. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC automation solutions.
• Maintain and repair Horizontal Machining Centers and Vertical Lathes.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and best practices for machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machine repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of CNC automation solutions.
• Experience with CNC Horizontal Machining Centers and Vertical Lathes.
• Hands-on experience with Makino machines is strongly .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
