We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Responds in a timely, courteous manner to guest questions, complaints, or requests.
• Provides status on Villa service/repair to Front Desk, Office Staff and Housekeepers.
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned Performs grounds keeping, must be able to operate a riding mower, weedwhacker, backpack blower and snow blower.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach upward.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
