What You Will Do

  • Maintain and repair water distribution and wastewater systems
  • Assist crew leaders with daily field operations
  • Operate equipment including backhoes, dump trucks, and jet trucks
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency response

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Texas Drivers License
  • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

Work Environment

This role involves outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions. Required PPE is provided.

Additional Requirements

  • Participation in on-call rotation
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
  • Required vaccinations

Qualifications

  • Experience in utilities, construction, or heavy equipment operation
  • Basic computer skills
