Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance calls.
