Maintenance Worker

Job Responsibilities/ Qualifications:

• Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment to identify potential issues, wear and tear, or malfunctions.

• Perform routine tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, tightening bolts, replacing filters and belts, and making adjustments to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.

• Fix or replace faulty components, including electrical switches, outlets, circuit breakers, plumbing fixtures, flooring, and other parts of buildings or equipment. They may also perform minor repairs to roofs, windows, doors, and walls.

• Assist with the overall cleanliness and orderliness of facilities and grounds, including tasks like removing snow, landscaping, cleaning walkways, and arranging.

• Track and order necessary supplies, parts, and equipment for maintenance tasks.

• Adhere to safety regulations and use appropriate safety equipment while performing tasks.
