Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with MIG welding experience to join our team in Independence, Missouri. This role is essential for performing maintenance tasks and welding duties to ensure all facilities and equipment operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Perform MIG welding tasks for repairs and fabrication of equipment and structures.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient facility operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in facilities maintenance and MIG welding is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
