The Position
Maintenance Turnover Technician - Looking for a bilingual Spanish/English hard-working and knowledgeable technician to coordinate all turn over activity for a large property. Turn that vacant into READY! The right candidate should have a working knowledge of apartment functions and have general maintenance experience in electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks. We offer great working conditions and hours and excellent wages - paid vacation and sick time 16-25 PAID holidays per year!
Some responsibilities:
- Keep track of all vacating, vacant and rented apartments
- Schedule clean-outs and repairs with Turn Team
- Coordinate with vendors for painting, carpets, etc.
- Order supplies, cabinets, appliances for efficient turnover of the vacants
- Perform and work together with contractors and all employees
- Have a working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning
- Monitor vendor activity
- Approve vendor work for payment
- Inspect ready apartments
