About the Role

We’re hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial packaging and production equipment while keeping safety and uptime a top priority.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform changeovers, setups, and preventive maintenance.
• Rebuild and replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, clutches, and electrical units.
• Work with 480V AC and DC low-voltage controls.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley ), including minor program edits and fault recovery.
• Test and calibrate sensors (NPN vs. PNP) and explain application .
• Support facility equipment and automation improvement projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in team initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with conveyors, fillers, case packers, labelers, palletizers, and related equipment.
• Blow molding (Uniloy or Bekum) a plus.
• Ability to set up TCP/IP communication between PLCs and laptop for program edits/downloads.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk most of the shift.
• Open to overtime and weekends when needed.
