Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, skilled technicians to support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Support conveyors, motors, pumps, gears, pneumatic systems, and production machinery
• Respond to maintenance work orders and equipment breakdowns
• Assist with installation, setup, and startup of new equipment
• Maintain maintenance records and repair documentation
• Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient plant operations
• Follow OSHA, FDA, GMP, and food safety standards

Required Skills:

• Experience with data center and infrastructure migration.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gears, and pneumatic systems
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience performing preventive maintenance
• Ability to work in a production environment and wear steel-toe boots
• Must have basic hand tools
