Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic pneumatic issues
- Inspect, replace, and maintain components (motors, belts, drives, filters)
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Support general facility upkeep (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Follow strict safety, quality, and aerospace compliance standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills (CMMS or electronic maintenance systems )
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
