Pay: Exempt – Competitive DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (must be flexible to cover 1st or 2nd shift)
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct HireIntroWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Team Advisor to support daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Job Duties

• Oversee daily maintenance operations with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• Manage employee work schedules and delegate tasks
• Work with maintenance team members to reduce downtime and support preventative maintenance
• Assist with breakdowns and coordinate special assignments as needed
• Maintain and track parts inventory based on maintenance needs
• Ensure GMP and housekeeping standards are followed throughout the plant
• Help develop and maintain SOPs for maintenance functions
• Lead team meetings and provide training and guidance
• Conduct equipment quality and safety checks
• Support troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
• Promote teamwork, safety, professionalism, and accountability

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
• Must be flexible to cover 1st or 2nd shift when needed
• Overtime and weekends required based on production needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment ()
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• 3+ years using a CMMS system
• 3+ years managing maintenance parts inventory
• 3+ years of electrical experience
• Experience with PLCs and automation controls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to train, develop, and lead team members
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Excellent attendance required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented, allergen-sensitive environment
