e are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment communities in Syracuse NY. Hourly rate shall range from $22.00 to $25 based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly but not required. Valid DL is required
