Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable First Shift Maintenance Associate to join our team in Struthers, OH. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and occasionally electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and repair industrial equipment quickly and effectively
-Perform routine and preventative maintenance
-Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
-Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues
-Fabricate or modify parts when needed
-Perform basic facility maintenance (primarily air compressor systems)

Qualifications:
-Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-Ability to read schematics
-Familiarity with diagnostic tools
-Basic fabrication skills (a plus)
-Facility maintenance experience
