Perimeter Behavioral of Springfield is an inpatient facility for children and adolescents. We are focused on providing exceptional treatment and support to children, adolescents, and their families through a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach.

The Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities include the following:

· Repairs sheetrock, paints, changes light bulbs, ceiling tile maintenance, clean carpets, strip, clean and bluff floors as needed.

· Completes audit of electrical and HVAC systems as scheduled.

· Maintains audit reports as needed.

· Performs routine repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.

· Operates inside and outside equipment to ensure safety of lawn and parking areas due to mowing, snow, or ice as needed.

· Ensures playground equipment is functioning safely.

· Observes all safety guidelines within the facility.

Please apply if you have the following qualifications for the Maintenance Technician includes the following:

· Must have a High School Diploma or GED

· Must have 1-year maintenance of commercial building, electrical and mechanical equipment including air conditioning.

· Knowledgeable and able to observe all safety measures.

· Knowledgeable of electrical and mechanical equipment and able to properly maintain department’s tools and equipment.

· Able to perform sheetrock repairs and painting

· Able to do routine labor and lift at least 40 pounds.
