Our Madison area client is looking to add an experienced maintenance technician to their team. This role is responsible for maintaining a Class A office building, while delivering excellent customer service to tenants.

Key duties include routine maintenance tasks:

• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Landscaping
• Snow removal
• Responding to tenant work orders
• Overseeing security system
• Conduct preventative maintenance.

The position requires technical training or 2+ years of relevant experience and a strong customer service It is a direct hire, Monday - Friday, with one on call weekend every 4th or 5th weekend.
