Maintenance Technician - Santa Maria & Lompoc (Day Shift)

We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support multi-family properties in the Santa Maria and Lompoc areas. This is a full-time, day shift position (Mon–Fri), with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, drywall, etc.

• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and safely.

• Read and interpret work orders or basic building plans.

• Communicate with property managers regarding work needed.

• Use hand and power tools safely.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multi-family housing ).

• Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair.

• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Must pass a background check.
