As the Maintenance Technician at Salt Lake Crossing, you will be the frontline of maintaining the property to 5-star standards—ensuring that every detail is polished, every system runs smoothly, and every feels at home. Core Responsibilities

Property Maintenance & Facility Management

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep equipment, facilities, and grounds in top condition.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Ensure all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other essential systems are operating efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas, including fitness centers, spas, lounges, and shared workspaces.
• Conduct inspections of apartment homes and property grounds, identifying and addressing potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Oversee third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed to Salt Lake Crossing’s standards.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining an organized inventory of supplies and equipment.

& Community Support

• Respond promptly to work orders, service requests, and concerns from and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance needs with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude.
• Educate on basic troubleshooting for minor maintenance concerns when appropriate.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance coverage.
• Uphold all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems .
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, fixtures, and general property components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
