Mulford Park is looking to hire a full time maintenance technician who will diagnose and repair all work orders in a timely manner, maintain the safety and visual upkeep of all apartments, buildings, and grounds areas. The suitable candidate will be self-motivated as well as able to work well within a small team, easily take direction but also be able to self plan and organize daily tasks, and take pride in their work. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and appliance repair knowledge are some of the necessary skills required. This position will also include snow removal and some landscaping as well as being on call some nights and weekends.
