Maintenance Technician - Property Management Company - Base Salary to 45k/year - Winner, SD

• Our client is a property management company that has multiple residential properties from Martin, SD to Ethan, SD. They are looking for a Maintenance Technician that will help with standard maintenance at the properties. This is a full-time position; candidates will need to use their personal vehicle but will be reimbursed for mileage at the federal rate.
  

Responsibilities:

• Performing scheduled maintenance tasks, conduct turnover repairs and cleaning for vacant units, including painting, patching, and fixture replacements.
  
• Addressing and fixing various issues, including roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating system, drywall and carpentry repairs.
  
• Installing fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
  
• Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
  
• Communicating effectively with property manager, tenants, service providers and management team

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, heating, and other building systems.
  
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and contractors.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 40k - 45k/year range
