Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift – Hendersonville Area – Up to $23/hr

We are seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician in Pisgah Forest, NC. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of specialized technical assets.

What you will do

• Execute routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and minor upgrades across warehouse facilities, associated equipment, and specialized mobile units (coaches) housing technical gear.
• Perform a variety of general maintenance duties, including light plumbing, basic electrical troubleshooting, painting, and assembly, to directly support continuous operational readiness.
• Maintain a proactive approach to facility safety and compliance, promptly troubleshooting issues to prevent unscheduled downtime for critical infrastructure and equipment.
• Participate in special projects alongside technical experts, gaining unique exposure to high-value technical assets in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to safely lift and move objects weighing 40+ lbs
• Valid Driver's License and basic computer skills necessary for logging work, tracking maintenance records, and communicating updates.
