Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community (Piscataway, NJ)

Established apartment community in Piscataway is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician with experience in interior apartment maintenance.

Qualifications:

General maintenance experience
Basic plumbing and light electrical skills
Cleaning/janitorial experience
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities include:

Apartment turnovers
Service requests
General property maintenance and cleanup
Lifting and moving appliances, furniture, and other bulk items
Snow removal
Participation in an on-call rotation (every 3 weeks)

A minimum of three years of maintenance experience is , but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes an excellent benefits package.
