POSITION: Maintenance Technician- Part Time

Location: Oakbrook Walk Apartments

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders promptly.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
• Effectively maintain cleanliness of community grounds, common areas, and amenities

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) but not required
• Multi-family Maintenance experience
• Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
