Maintenance Technician (Part-time)

Job description:

• Turn all units (paint, appliances, fixtures, etc.)

• HVAC repairs

• Unclog Drains

• Maintain Curb Appeal

• Close all non-emergency tickets within 48 hours

• Manage Maintenance Inventory

• Preventative Maintenance

• Collaborate with vendors and other professionals conducting work on-site.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Day shift (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

• Richmond, VA (Museum District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ()

• Maintenance: 1 year ()

• HVAC Certification (Required)

You should be proficient in:

• Plumbing
• HVAC Maintenance
