Full-time maintenance technician needed for 30 home foster care agency.

*HVAC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS*

Job position requires experience in the following areas:

Painting

Patching / Texture / Finishing Drywall

Stucco

Appliance/Home Equipment Repair

Carpentry

Tile work

Roofing

Electrical/plumbing

Furniture Assembly (bunk beds, desk, chairs)

Basic Automobile knowledge

The position is a weekly 40-hour position.

Mon- Fri (must be flexible (occasional after hours)
Able to multi-task including prioritizing assigned duties with time efficiency.

Responsible for communicating clearly to supervisor and tracking completed tasks.

Requirements:

Must be 21 and older

Must have reliable transportation

Must possess a valid driver's license.

You must be eligible for level one Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Diploma or GED

Maintenance & Painting experience required
