Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing and facility equipment including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This role supports production operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery such as CNC machines, automated production equipment, and material handling systems. Technicians work both independently and as part of a team to diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role also supports facility maintenance and infrastructure upkeep while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, automated production lines, and facility systems.
- Inspect equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and repair components using schematics, diagnostic tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders using CMMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, NFPA, and EPA regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field , or 5+ years of related maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience with 110–480V systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automated machinery
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, electrical diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to obtain forklift, crane, and EPA 608 certification; willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel between facilities when required
