Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is a multi unit QSR restaurant franchise and the right candidate will be able to maintain large and small restaurant equipment.

The right candidate should anticipate work that will include HVAC, Plumbing and electrical in addition to the install and removal of small and large restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Overtime possible, Hours may vary
• Day travel required

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• HVAC experience desired

Candidate will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and facilities. The range of experience includes electrical, HVAC, plumbing and the install and maintenance of large and small restaurant equipment.

Compensation is hourly and will depend on experience and any certificates or licenses.

Tools and vehicle provided.
