Maintenance Technician

1st shift (8-10 hours per day)

Oakdale, CA 95361

M-F, 40 hours per week; OT as needed

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour W2

Duration: 6+ months to start (extendable role)

• Perform general maintenance duties including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and scheduled building maintenance and grounds
• Check work orders and troubleshoot repairs and complete work in a timely manner following all safety regulations
• Install/assist with installation of new equipment
• Assist outside contractors as needed with repairs, replacements, etc as directed
• Maintain concrete and flooring in production areas adhering to USDA regulations
• Maintain roof including maintenance of exhaust fans/filters
• Relocate and move furniture/machinery as needed

Requirements

• Background: 2 years of general maintenance experience
• Skills: basic hand tools, ability to move up to 75 lbs., must have a valid driver's license
• Education: high school diploma
