Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)
York, PA | $36.34/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential | Monday – Friday, 9:30pm – 6:00am

The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be essential to keeping our production lines running smoothly and our facility in top shape. Working under the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
What You’ll Do
• Champion a safety-first culture, always adhering to policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair facility and production line equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance, using our CMMS system
• Support high-speed production lines through technical expertise and machine adjustments
• Conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Maintain and repair facility systems (air compressors, boilers, water towers, etc.)
• Actively participate in technical training, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement events
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in regulated areas
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of proven maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (CPG a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of 3-phase electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems
• Computer proficiency (SAP or CMMS experience )
• Strong troubleshooting, math, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
• Technical certificate or degree in a mechanical/vocational field
• 7+ years’ hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and repairs
