JOB SUMMARY

To service HVAC systems, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic. To troubleshoot, repair, maintain commercial and industrial HVAC and related equipment. Will also include general maintenance assignments when required.

RESPONSIBILTIES/DUTIES

· Responsible for the mechanical and electrical systems throughout the facility sites, production plant, and laboratories

· Ensure controls to process and building comfort systems are functioning properly.

· Perform equipment troubleshooting, routine maintenance, general repairs and installations as assigned.

· Operation of powerhouse equipment such as steam boilers, air compressors, chilled water systems and associated components.

· Perform routine maintenance as scheduled and legibly record information.

· Comprehend and follow lock out/tag out, hot work, and other associated safety policies when performing assignments.

· Compliance to cGMP standards, following written SOPs, and PM tasks.

· Respond to rare off-hour emergency conditions.

· Other tasks as assigned to maintain the facility and operational processes.
