About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance while upholding the highest safety standards.
This is a hands-on position ideal for a motivated professional with strong mechanical and electrical skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all plant operations are carried out safely (“Safety First”).
  • Support operations in meeting production demands with minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and implement contingency plans.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and raise site standards.
  • Deliver high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Report safety incidents and equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Comply with local health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous maintenance technician (or equivalent) experience required.
  • Strong electrical knowledge (480V–24V).
  • Strong mechanical skills.
  • Basic pneumatics and welding experience.
  • Desirable: Experience with robotics and PLC systems.

Soft Skills

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented, able to collaborate across departments.
  • Safety-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
