Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage a wide range of upkeep and repair tasks across multiple locations. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, covering everything from painting and general repairs to waste management and more. Weekend availability, appropriate work attire, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks across various locations.
• Perform indoor and outdoor painting as needed.
• Address minor electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.
• Handle waste and recycling disposal; ensure clean and organized workspaces.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment or facility issues.
• Document completed work and report any major issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain safe and orderly work environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or repair experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between multiple work locations.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
